Delete branch "fix/canonical-first-publication-20261015"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Concurrent pushes of a new image under several tags produced registry
unknownerrors even after the canonical SHA tag succeeded. Upload that canonical image once, then use Docker Buildx imagetools to copy its existing manifest to every release alias.--prefer-index=falsepreserves the single image manifest and digest; build, source labels and tag selection stay unchanged.Validation: a disposable registry proof produced identical raw manifest hashes for the canonical image and all three aliases. The actual workflow step also passed process fixtures for branch tags, version tags, a canonical-only tag set, canonical push failure and manifest-copy failure. Bash syntax and whitespace checks passed. Native publication remains pending.
