PRs compile/check every Go package on existing Go1.22 using a test-only Docker target; there are currently no Go test files. Release-only QEMU/Buildx/registry actions remain in the original enrolled producer filename
build-and-push.yml; PR-only checks move topull-request.ymlwith the identical required workflow name/job/context. This avoids Forgejo eagerly fetching skipped release actions on PR (111s before checkout in run1296) and preserves the release producer identity.Main/tags/manual retain amd64 and arm64 runtime outputs, all aliases and the native compiler cross-build. Versions, runtime stage and registry boundary are preserved. YAML/shell/whitespace/signatures and workflow identity/source-action separation checks pass. Prior exact source commands passed13s; native filename-correction result is pending. No enrollment/policy/production change.
